I actually tried this and I played a few matches of call of duty black ops declassified. Never synced trophies but I didn't get banned. Maybe since sony discontinued the ps vita they don't care anymore. They might not even make a new update.Spoofing with henkaku is working currently so yes is possible to go online, No i doubt you will be banned for piracy, i played one game, got a trophy never was banned. How would anyone know anyway?

A few threads below mine might help you.I don't think its possible to go online right now as it would require a higher fw than 3.60 (Not sure if this changed, I havnt been up to date recently), but at the time when we COULD have, no, no one has been banned. The poster above me either did not do it himself or is just misinformed.

Being honest here, i doubt is possible to get banned for piracy. For one thing even if you do sync trophies, sony has no way to know if you actually buy a game to playI actually tried this and I played a few matches of call of duty black ops declassified. Never synced trophies but I didn't get banned. Maybe since sony discontinued the ps vita they don't care anymore. They might not even make a new update.
EXAMPLE 1, You go to the store, buy a game and play it. Dump the game and put on the memory card. Is it any different than downloading a vpk and installing it on memory card? No cause they wouldn't know the difference.
EXAMPLE 2, You download a game from playstation store, then you play the game. After purchase is recorded in your psn account what you bought. What if you simply use another psn account to play the game while is still on the system? How can sony know you play a game you didn't buy? They can't.
Just how is sony supposed to know the method in how you obtain the game to play? Check psn id for transactions? Not all games are on psn and the ones that are on there exclusive from retail is explained in example 2 how they wouldn't know the difference. Just like on ps3 and ps4 how you can access other region playstation stores and use your primary account to play games, is not any different than vita is it? Buy a game with one account, then play it with another.
Unless somehow the unecrypted dump or installs are somehow sending this information to sony servers. "THIS IS NOT LEGIT GAME" I fail to see how this could be detected to cause a ban. Perhaps doing something dumb like playing hacked games or cheating with save data edits and playing online, then someone explain how this is ban worthy when they don't know the method of how the game was obtained to play?

PSN would know the difference because a dumped game wouldn't be in your purchase history. If you change to a different account, a purchased game that exists on the memory card from a previous account would not be able to open because it wouldn't have the license file.
Anyway, no one knows how often PSN checks for bans, and just keep in mind syncing trophies at your own risk. I remember people were scrambling to get their illegitimate trophy data deleted when henkaku first came out, because they were getting banned for syncing trophy data from dumped games.

Taihenkaku v8 just came out with it working again! So spoofing is working 100% I tried it just to make sure xDWait, since when is Henkaku version spoofing working again? I was under the impression it was indefinitely broken; it certainly didn't work when I tried to use Qcma or the PS Store on my PSTV last week.
Well I mean, I was thinking that it would look more like a game card. But I do suppose that since its a bubble they could see it. But who knows. Im not testing it..PSN would know the difference because a dumped game wouldn't be in your purchase history. Well Im glad that I never tried in the first place I only played legit games online, and I feel like thats even at risk for a ban... I've accidentally opened up molecule when the 3.61 spoof was about to die out...You can get banned, but it's not always insta-ban. Your account will likely get flagged and banned during their next ban wave.

Simply restart system, load go.henkaku.xyz and it works again. Open molecule and set spoof to 3.63. Don't forget if you have offline installer to use it to make sure the email app install latest version of henkaku.Wait, since when is Henkaku version spoofing working again? I was under the impression it was indefinitely broken; it certainly didn't work when I tried to use Qcma or the PS Store on my PSTV last week.
Also Probably wanna download any playstation store games while you can and maybe back it up on pc or something. It be tedious to do it the ps3 way especially on psvita tv. Should only work until sony release new firmware update.
Still i find it strange it still install 1.43 vita shell into molecule, instead of the 1.61, i wish it stop doing that. There should be a seperate activation page to just enable henkaku instead of keep installing it. If it detects any modifacations.

In the past, nearly every act of piracy has eventually led to a ban. And let me warn you, Sony will ban you HARD. Where Microsoft might only ban your console, and leave your account alone, Sony tends to ban BOTH.
That means any legitimate digital purchases you had are GONE. All your trophies (if you care about such a thing) are GONE.
Don't risk it.
