Trying something a little bolder

Nada like playing with new makeup to brand getting ready in the morning a lilliputian less painful.

I've been experimenting with the MAC Manner Pack collection this week and snapped these pictures 1 morning before going to work. It was so gray and gloomy outside that I decided to go all out with my FOTD.

Well, "all out" is a relative term. Normally I stick to neutrals for my going-to-piece of work makeup routine, simply sometimes information technology'due south nice to switch things up a bit.

For this makeup look, I used a few of the shadows in the new Runway Worthy Center Shadow x nine palette. I used Dress Me Up all over my lids, Rail Worthy in the inner corners to brighten my eyes, so practical sparkly violet Nil Me Upwards along my lower lash line.

I finished with navy bluish MAC Fluidline Pen in Indelibly Blue for a squeamish winged liner. Information technology's night enough to define, but the dark blue isn't as harsh as black.

I rarely article of clothing eyeliner, but this ane is so piece of cake to apply that I'chiliad thinking I may have to wear liner more often :-).

This x 9 palette has lots of bold colors, and it intimated me a little, but after playing effectually with them, I can see why MAC chose this lineup of colors.

They look really dainty together, and you lot tin can work them into and so many different looks!

So, yeah, I guess you could say that MAC knows what it's doing, LOL.

The lipsticks in this drove are gorgeous, so I had a hard time choosing which ane to habiliment with this look. I ended up going with By Special Order, which is a cherry/fuchsia with a stunning Amplified finish.

OMG, this lipstick is so smoothen and creamy, but information technology doesn't feel thick at all. Love. Information technology. Definitely check this one out. There are lots of red lipsticks on the market, only I think this ane is special. It'due south correct in that center ground between red and pink.
